Contact
One address reaches the desk: [email protected]. It is read by the editor, Elspeth Draycott, Broker Review Editor, and not by an outsourced inbox.
What the desk can help with
- Corrections. Send the page address and the exact sentence you think is wrong, with a link to the source if you have one. This is the message we most want to receive.
- Something out of date. Register entries and product rules change. If a page describes a state of affairs that no longer holds, tell us what you are seeing.
- A review request. If there is a question about IQ Option that the current pages do not answer, say what you were trying to find out.
- Editorial and licensing enquiries. Reuse of our material, or questions about how the desk is funded.
What the desk cannot help with
We have no access to your trading account and no channel into the platform. That means we cannot unlock an account, release a withdrawal, review a verification document, cancel a trade, recover a password or escalate a complaint on your behalf — and neither can anyone who emails you claiming to do so on our behalf. Anything that touches your own money has to go through the platform's own support, and, if that fails, through the regulator's complaint route rather than through a review site.
We also do not give trading, tax or investment advice, and we do not respond to requests for signals, strategies or account management. Trading carries a risk of losing money.
What to expect
This is a one-person desk, so replies are not instant and we do not promise a response time. Messages with a specific page and a specific claim get read first, because they are the ones that can actually change something. Please do not send account numbers, identity documents, card details or passwords — we do not need them and cannot use them.
